It's basically Spotlight's cover with corresponding names.

It's crass enough I kind of perversely like it.

What am I supposed to take out of this if I haven't seen the film?

I don't know... that TITLE FONT seems "worst"-worthy

ETA: Just realized that it's similar to the poster font, but it looks much less obnoxious and inappropriate to the film when the letters are white and unbordered

It is also the same font used to publish the first edition of the novel way back in 1868.

This also becomes an important part of the film itself.

I don't know about worst or boring but for me it may be the most disappointing cover art in this thread. I adored the movie and planned to pick up the blu-ray immediately. I still likely will but I'm bummed out.

That’s the greatest work of art ever produced by all of humankind.

That cover is still better than the actual movie.

It took about 20 seconds of staring before I realized what the image is supposed to be, all I could see was the giant hand and a weird pillar in a black void.

Yes, my reaction to that cover is right from Jack Lemmon in that clip

One of the worst covers in the history of this thread. Ghastly.

I don't see a problem with that cover. It's an eye-catching design that nicely conveys the feeling of the film's most famous scene.
